164 4th Avenue is a 17-story, 188-unit residential development located in the heart of Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood. Designed by GKV Architects, the project adds to the area’s transformation into a vibrant, transit-accessible community. As part of the developer’s team, we partnered with GKV to ensure the project transitioned smoothly from design through construction.

Our responsibilities included managing technical coordination between disciplines, resolving system conflicts through BIM, and leading QA/QC efforts on-site. We also tracked city code updates and supported regulatory compliance throughout the process. Our collaborative approach helped align the architectural vision with real-world construction constraints, delivering a well-executed project on a tight urban site.
