Designed by Woods Bagot, The Motto is a 24-story, 264-unit residential tower that contributes to the Bronx’s vertical growth and urban development. We partnered with Woods Bagot as part of the developer’s team to support technical coordination and field execution across the project lifecycle.

Our role focused on cross-trade collaboration, shop drawing management, and BIM-enabled clash detection, all aimed at maintaining the integrity of the design while supporting efficient construction. With robust QA/QC measures and early identification of field challenges, we helped drive project momentum and reduce downstream construction risks.
