Located in Harlem, 1440 Amsterdam Avenue is a 28-story, 490-unit residential tower that brings scale and modern living to a key Manhattan corridor. As part of the developer’s team, we partnered with Gluck+ to support the transition from design to construction, ensuring the project’s technical execution matched the architectural vision.

Our scope included leading coordination efforts across trades, managing shop drawing production, and leveraging BIM tools to identify and resolve system clashes early. We implemented quality control procedures and maintained compliance with evolving NYC code requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This collaborative approach helped reduce field conflicts and supported timely, cost-effective delivery.
